Zach began his career in the industry working for a Ranch Enhancement company, where he developed a strong foundation in land improvement. He later transitioned into the excavation field, starting as a laborer and working his way up to foreman. Through hands-on experience and a commitment to learning, Zach has gained extensive knowledge in both land improvement and excavation operations. He takes pride in delivering high-quality work and upholding a professional, dependable atmosphere on every job site.
Hailey

Hailey started her career in Guest Services at Big Sky Resort, where she developed a strong foundation in customer care and communication. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Montana State University and currently works in the philanthropic software industry, focusing on client relations and tailored solutions. A lifelong horse enthusiast, Hailey brings a deep understanding of equine needs and knows firsthand how essential proper property setup is for both horse and owner. Her passion for quality care and attention to detail ensures every client feels heard and supported.
